1. The service

MHMST lets you host HTML pages, upload images, shorten links and use templates. Features, limits and plans may change at any time.

2. Your content and responsibility

You are solely responsible for everything you upload or publish. You confirm that you own the content or have the right to use it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. Published content is publicly accessible to anyone with the link.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not upload, host or link to:

• Malware, phishing pages, scams, or anything designed to deceive or harm users or devices
• Illegal content, or content that promotes violence, hate, harassment, terrorism or self-harm
• Adult or sexually explicit material, or any content involving minors in a sexual context
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, or that shares private information without consent
• Illegal drugs, weapons trading, counterfeit goods, gambling that is unlawful in your area, or other content that breaks the Google AdSense Program Policies
• Pages that automatically download files, redirect to harmful sites, mine cryptocurrency, or abuse our servers or visitors

We may remove any content, block IP addresses or suspend accounts, with or without notice, if we believe these rules are broken or to protect the service and its users.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access secure. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Plans and payments

Paid plans give higher limits or extra features for the period shown at purchase. Plans are activated after payment is verified. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a plan is active. Prices and features may change for future purchases.

6. Advertising

The service and pages hosted on it may display advertisements. Some plans may remove ads from your pages.

7. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to store, display and deliver it so the service can work. Our software, design and branding belong to MHMST. Copyright complaints are handled as described on our DMCA & Abuse Report page.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uptime, accuracy or fitness for a purpose. We do not guarantee that content will be stored forever; please keep your own copies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MHMST is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or for content published by users.
