MHMST respects the rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement and to reports of illegal or harmful content.

How to report

Email [your contact email] with the following:

• The full link (URL) of the page, image or short link you are reporting
• A description of the work you say is infringed, or why the content is illegal or harmful
• Your full name, email address and phone number (or postal address)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

When a notice is complete we remove or disable access to the reported content promptly. We may forward the notice to the person who published it. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, email [your contact email] with the link, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your contact details. We may restore the content if the complainant does not take legal action.

False or abusive reports may have legal consequences.
